MTN Nigeria Allegedly Suspends Contracts with their Ambassadors

Last week, a major move was made in the Nigerian entertainment industry that is being kept hush-hush. MTN Nigeria has temporarily suspended many of their ambassadors.


With the exception of their regional ambassadors, Project Fame ambassadors including Iyanya, Praiz and Chidinma, and other ambassadors like Falz, Skales, Tekno and Nkem Owoh, everyone else has been suspended.

According to our source MTN informed the suspended ambassadors about the non-availability of roles for them at the moment hence the need to terminate their contracts.

Their reason behind this move is not far fetched from the fact that the giant telecommunication company is currently paying over  N3billion to the Nigerian Government for failing to disconnect subscribers when they were supposed to.
