Lemon juice is naturally acidic and it has a mild bleaching effect that will help to reduce the appearance of scars like stretch marks on the breasts. Apply fresh lemon juice on the stretch marks and rub it in gently. Leave it on for about ten minutes and then wash off again with warm water. Like all of these natural remedies for stretch marks, it will take time, so repeat regularly and you will see a gradual fading of the scars.

Aloe vera
Aloe vera is wonderful for the skin and it will help with stretch marks too. You can use aloe vera on its own by massaging it in and leaving it on for about fifteen minutes, or you could mix it with some vitamin E oil. The combination of the two will nourish the skin and promote the formation of new elastin and collagen.

Sugar
Sugar is one of the best home exfoliates there is and exfoliation, combined with some of our other tips, will help to fade stretch marks on the chest. Try exfoliation with a mixture of sugar, lemon juice and almond oil. You can’t scrub stretch marks away, so don’t rub too hard, but it will help fade stretch marks over time.

Olive oil
Olive oil is a rich source of nutrients and antioxidants and it can be used to treat all manner of different skin disorders. To help stretch marks heal, apply warm olive oil to the skin and massage it in. The massaging will improve the blood supply the area and the oil will nourish and hydrate the skin.
