As one of the most followed people on the planet, it goes without saying that Lionel Messi doesn't have time to sift through all of his vast number of daily social media mentions.
To that end, Barcelona had Messi sit down and read out a handful of tweets about himself -- most of them from appreciative fans thanking him for being some sort of footballing extraterrestrial sent to the Camp Nou from another galaxy.
Oh, and the Catalan club also invited Gerard Pique, Arda Turan, Ivan Rakitic and Sergi Roberto along to discuss their various hashtags too.
Messi is going to have a hard time convincing us he's just a normal bloke, especially coming just one day after his outstanding performance and hat trick against Manchester City in the Champions League.
