The Barcelona star has stepped up with a huge new inking on his left leg.
It’s fair to say the tattoo is pretty huge.
Messi has blacked out almost all of his left leg under his knee. It almost looks like he’s wearing a permanent leg-guard.
There’s only a small amount of detail in the tattoo: there’s a horizontal line plus Messi has the number 10 carved out of the tattoo.
Messi’s new inking covers up his old design on his leg.
His leg previously had flowers, wings and a picture of his son Thiago.
Messi is set to return to action this week when Argentina take on Brazil in an away 2018 World Cup qualifier.
