The city of Lagos as it were has been a recurrent traffic oriented state even dating as far back as the 60's. From the pictures, we can observe that the state has always had this lingering issue of traffic. Contrary to these recent times, the
traffic seemed to have been orderly, and men rode bicycles to work with ease (now everybody wants to drive to work in luxury cars), pedestrians seemed to obey traffic laws and walked gracefully on path-walks.
I guess those were the days when things were different.
