Charlize Theron to feature in "Fast and Furious 8"

Furious 8 which is set to premiere in U.S. theaters on April 17, 2017 is to be the first of a new trilogy which will end the Fast And Furious franchise, preceding Furious 9 and Furious 10 in April 2019 and April 2021 respectively.


The 40-year-old South African actress joins the crew of Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Jason Statham, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel and Lucas Black on the thriller’s 8th installment.

Charlize Theron said of her villainous character, ‘Cipher’ who is said to be a weapons expert: ‘I’m coming in to mess that s*** up!’ also adding, ‘I feel like that gang has got the driving down. Like, they have a good thing going. I don’t know if I need to step in in that department.’
