Adekunle Gold shares inspiring story of how his rejection changed to fame

YBNL artiste Adekunle Gold has got the most inspiring stories and they are stories that remind us of the fact that success doesn’t happen overnight.

He performed at the closing gala of MTN Project Fame Season 9 on Saturday and while watching a rerun of the show on Sunday, he shared that he had auditioned for Project Fame seven years ago and eight years ago. Both times he was not selected.

Now, signed on to one of the top record labels in Nigeria, he was called to perform at the show and his performance of “Orente”, “Sade” and “Ariwo Ko” had the audience on their feet.
