Peter Crouch took advantage of the international break to get away for a relaxing break with wife Abbey Clancy.
The former England international has not played for his country since 2010 and has long given up sitting by the phone waiting for the FA to call. Instead of holding out for the phone to ring the 35-year-old decided to take his lengthy limbs to Mallorca for a short holiday.
As England's footballers toiled away for a late 1-0 win in Trnava, the Stoke forward and his missus enjoyed the sunnier climbs of the Balearic isle.
The likeable 6ft 7in forward was playing the gentleman as he and Clancy shared some quality time on a private yacht. Crouch ensured his model wife got down to the water and into their waiting transfer vessel safely, taking Clancy's hand before clambering aboard himself.
