Kylie Jenner congratulates Rob and Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna welcomed their first child together on Thursday, November 10, 2016.

E! News reports that Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna and her mom Tokyo Toni all arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for the birth.

But Kylie sent out a sweet tweet on Twitter saying, "can’t stop looking at her."
