Try massaging the sweet-smelling oil into your problem areas each night before you go to bed. While your skin works to repair itself over night, it will be enriched by the nutrients in the coconut oil.
Olive oil contains vitamin A and vitamin E which work to keep the skin free of pollutants and radicals. Rubbing this oil on your face can also reduce your risk for sun damage from harmful UV rays.
