Veteran actor, Tunde Alabi, one of the surviving cast of now rested popular soap opera, Village Headmaster, is reportedly sick and at risk of losing one of his legs.
The actor, Vanguard gathered, is critically ill and on admission at the Lagos General Hospital. He has reportedly been battling diabetes for years with no treatment because of lack of money.
A movie director, Paul Julius, who has started a fundraising campaign on Alabi’s behalf, shared that the thespian is ‘laying helplessly at the General Hospital, Lagos waiting to lose his right leg or even worse. 'He has done his part in putting smiles on faces and happiness in the lives of millions home and abroad, it’s our turn to help him. Nothing is too small…He will appreciate your candid help.’ Paul said
